CJ'S CATERING MENUS
We have created some catering menu ideas, but we welcome any special requests for themes. We will also cater any special events you may require, such as parties, corporate events or weddings. Please contact our catering manager for quotes on your specific requirements.
In order to reserve a special date, we request that you place a deposit of 50% to confirm that date.
It is suggested that you supply your menu to us with a minimum of 1 week in advance to assure that we can guarantee to supply your specific needs. You must also supply the guaranteed number of guests estimated to attend within 4 days, which will be the minimum you will be charged regardless if fewer guests attend.

Reserving an Event Date
We are happy to reserve tentative dates for you with a credit card. Any booking without credit card deposit is considered tentative.
Guarantees
We will need your pre-selected menu one week prior to your event, and guarantee the number of guests attending your event four working days prior to the event. This number will be considered your guarantee for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend. Selection of menus is not limited to the items listed. We will gladly create menus and arrange specialty items, buffets or themes to suit your occasion. Menu prices do not include tax and service charge Please add 7.75% sales tax, and 20% Gratuity.
Servers and Bartenders
Servers are available at $25/hr and bartendars are available at $28/hr. There is a minimum 5 hour charge for bartenders and servers.
